Excellent surface conditions and the visibility on the Beechcraft
Airplane Wreck was very good. The Beechcraft 18 Airplane Wreck was sunk during the early 1990's outside the Waianae Boat Harbor sitting upright on its landing gear at 95 feet. During Sep 1992, Hurricane Iniki dragged the wreck further out to sea. The wreck was eventually found and brought back to its originally resting spot very damaged and upside down. Despite the damage, the Beechcraft Airplane Wreck remains a magnet for marine life and a great dive site for photography. Photographic equipment and film used
