02 of 19.  Running the line from the new Mooring Buoy through the reef anchor. The Mooring Buoy Reef Relief program was launched to protect the fragile reef from damage by loose boat anchors. The mooring buoys are installed and maintained in over 50 locations on the Island of Kosrae by community volunteers.  The equipment for the Mooring Buoy Reef Relief program was funded by the University of Hawaii Sea Grant, Australian Embassy and the State of Kosrae.
