The Island Divers Hawaii club members departed the Waianae Boat
harbor a little after noon. Conditions were not good and the captain had
wait just inside the harbor until the swell calmed down for the boat to
pass safely outside the harbor. Once away from the harbor, the ocean
was fairly pleasant as we made our way to the Mahi Wreck. Because of the
high surf on Leeward Oahu, the visibility was on the poor side, but there
was much activity on the wreck.
